Warranty

Your product from Glisey is warranted for 24 months from the date of receipt against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers the device only. The warranty does not cover (including but not limited to) loss or theft; misuse or negligence; drops/shocks/liquids/burns; any modification or opening of the device or unauthorized maintenance/repair attempts; use with unauthorized accessories or voltage; commercial use; cosmetic damage that does not affect performance; or any conditions outside normal use. The customer bears any additional fees related to shipping, customs, taxes, and government charges.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email us at [email protected]

with the subject: Warranty – Order No. [#], and include a description of the issue, attach photos/video, and the order number/serial number if available. We may conduct a remote diagnosis and may request that the device be returned for inspection. A Return Number (RMA) is mandatory before sending any return; the return must be shipped with tracking within 14 days of issuing the RMA.

Outcome of the Warranty Claim

After confirming a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace (with a new device or one refurbished to a like-new standard) at no charge. If repair/replacement is not possible within a reasonable period, or where required by law, the price of the device will be refunded to the original payment method. The warranty period for the replacement device starts from the date of replacement or continues the remainder of the original warranty whichever is longer.

Shipping and Costs During the Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, round-trip shipping/customs/taxes are borne by the customer. Parcels sent without an RMA may be refused or returned to sender at their expense. If, after inspection, no manufacturing defect is found, the device may be returned to you at your expense.

Cancellations and Returns (non-manufacturing defect)

We do not offer cancellation or return due to change of mind after the package has been opened/used. For change-of-mind requests for unopened and sealed packages within 14 days, and for the USD 50 restocking fee and details of return costs, please refer to the approved Refund Policy on our website.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to receive the parcel and it is returned to our warehouse, a restocking fee of USD 50 applies in addition to any shipping/customs/taxes related to the return, and the remaining paid amount will be refunded. If the parcel is lost or damaged on its way back to us, no refund will be processed.
