This website is operated by Helium for Trading and Digital marketing LLC (“we/the Company”). These terms apply to your purchases from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you also agree to the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty & Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

Emails

When registering, you can choose to receive marketing messages and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may send transactional messages (order/shipping/service confirmations) even if marketing subscriptions are canceled.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights on our website (trademarks, graphics, images, content, design) are owned by the Company or content providers, and their use, copying, or derivation is prohibited without prior written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the DIFC Courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. The Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. This does not affect the consumer’s mandatory rights in their country of residence. Before any legal action, both parties undertake to attempt an amicable settlement for 30 days. Governing language: in the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version prevails.

Orders

If an unexpected delay or out-of-stock occurs, we will notify you immediately. The shipping notice constitutes final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel the order before shipment in case of suspected fraud or an error in price/stock, with a refund of any amounts paid, if any.

Payment

The payment gateway is supported by Arab Bank and uses 3D Secure. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) only. A prior authorization (Authorization Hold) may appear from your bank.

Pricing

We may display prices in your local currency for convenience; however, the actual charge is in U.S. dollars, and your bank may impose conversion fees/exchange rate differences. Shipping is free upon purchase. In the event of a return, return/customs/taxes/fees are borne by the customer according to the Refund Policy. The estimated shipping cost and time appear when you enter the address at checkout.

Promotional Codes

A “code” is any offer that grants a discount via our website, our platforms, or our partners/influencers. The Company may modify/terminate any code without notice. Not combinable with express shipping or other codes/offers unless stated otherwise. One use per customer unless otherwise specified. Upon a refund, the amount of the discount used may be deducted from the refunded amount in accordance with the policy.

Risk

The risk of loss/damage to the product passes to the customer upon proof of delivery to the provided address. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address and for receipt arrangements.

Shipping, Taxes, Customs, and Destination

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. We do not control customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed upon arrival and may cause delays; these are the customer’s responsibility. It is advisable to check local customs before ordering.

Handling

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days (and up to 4 business days during peak seasons). Arrival may take 5–17 business days depending on the destination. We will assist with tracking as much as possible, while the customer remains responsible for follow-up with the carrier. We are not responsible for untracked parcels or delays beyond our control.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (for IPL only)

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies only to the IPL hair removal device in accordance with the approved Refund Policy: purchase from glisey.com, perform 16 sessions within 60–90 days per the user guide, “before” photos for each session and one final “after” photo, and contact support. The claim must be opened before the end of day 90 via [email protected]

. Upon approval, only the price of the device is refunded after receipt and inspection. RMA is mandatory: no returns are accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on the parcel, and the return must be shipped within 14 days of the number being issued, with mandatory tracking. Return/customs/taxes costs are borne by the customer.

IPL Technology

IPL is a light-based, non-radiating technology that targets Hair pigment. Mild redness may occur and usually subsides within days; temporary brown marks may appear. The product is cosmetic, non-medical; results vary from person to person. To maintain the effect after 12 weeks, touch-up/maintenance sessions every 4–8 weeks are recommended as needed. Use is prohibited for people with epilepsy or where contraindications are listed in the manual. Consult your specialist if in doubt.
