This website is operated by Glisey Limited, also referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “we,” “us,” or “our.” These terms apply to your purchase from us.
Emails
When you sign up with us, you will have a choice whether or not you receive emails from us. If you initially chose to, you can always change your mind by unsubscribing from our emails. We do not send unsolicited emails to you.
Intellectual Property Rights & Jurisdiction and Governing Law
All intellectual property on our website, including without limitation any trademarks, graphics, images, copyright, layout, and design of our website, are owned by Glisey Limited or our content suppliers. All matters concerning Glisey Limited that are in dispute will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction and will be dealt with by the local court system.
Orders
After you have placed an order with us, and we come to know that there are going to be delays in shipping it to you (outside of those prescribed), or that we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay.
Shipping and Local Destination Tax & Duties
We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Please note, Glisey Limited has no control over customs or import duties that may be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays, and the customer is responsible for paying them. Glisey Limited advises checking with the local customs agency before placing an order.
Handling
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days, which can extend to 4 business days during peak periods. Glisey does not refund shipping costs for delays due to product availability. Shipping to P.O. BOX addresses may take 5-17 days.
Glisey is not responsible for untracked parcels, delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. While Glisey will assist in tracing a missing parcel, the customer is responsible for following up with the carrier if untracked shipping is selected. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of delays due to product availability.
Payment
The payment gateway we use is powered by Arab Bank using the 3D Secure system. This is a safe gateway that you can trust.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in your home country’s currency, inclusive of GST. The shipping cost of our product is not included in the price and may vary depending on your location. Once you enter your address onto our website, the relevant shipping cost will appear.

The Code is defined as any promotional offer which provides a discount to the customer, whether via the Glisey Limited website, Instagram, affiliate websites, or influencers.
Terms and conditions of the Code
Glisey Limited may amend or terminate the Code at any time, without notice.
The Code is not valid if used in conjunction with Express Shipping or any other Code provided by Glisey Limited.
The Code may only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.
If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your refund.
Risk
Upon delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer.
90 Day Money-Back Guarantee
Glisey Limited offers a money-back guarantee on selected Glisey Limited products. The Glisey Limited 90-day Money Back guarantee is valid for the Glisey Limited IPL Hair Removal Device only. All other Glisey Limited products are warranted for 12 months from the date you receive them.
You must have purchased our GLISEY IPL Hair Removal Device from our website.
Trial our Device for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
You need to complete at least 16 treatments with the IPL device, following the usage instructions carefully, and take a photo of the area(s) you are treating before each session.
If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 16 photos to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will review your application.
All 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your GLISEY IPL Hair Removal Device.
ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
Once approved, we will refund you the device purchase price (at the time of order), once the device has been returned to our warehouse. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
IPL Treatment
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light, and it is a safe and non-radiating lightwave targeting the melanin in the hair by converting light to heat to target the hair follicle. Because of this energy conversion, a small percentage of customers may experience some redness and light swelling after an IPL treatment, but it should subside after a few days. Some customers may also experience some brown marks which darken and then fade after a few days. We recommend using a good quality moisturizer immediately after each treatment to keep the skin hydrated and cool, and always use a high SPF sunscreen when going outdoors. Please always consult your doctor if you are unsure if IPL treatment is right for you. People with Epilepsy should not use this product as the IPL emits a bright flash.
