Territory & Taxes/Customs
We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Delivery is on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis; that is, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are collected in the country of arrival and are the customer’s responsibility and may cause delays. We recommend checking with your local customs before ordering.
Fees and Free Shipping
Shipping is free upon purchase. Any costs of return/re-shipment/customs/taxes upon return are borne by the customer in accordance with the Refund Policy and the Warranty & Returns Policy.
Processing and Estimated Timeframes
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days (and up to 4 business days during peak periods). Estimated shipping time to home addresses or P.O. boxes is 5–17 business days depending on the country and the carrier. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery
All shipments are sent with a tracking number, and we will share the link once your order ships. A shipment is deemed delivered upon the carrier’s proof of delivery at the address entered by the customer, at which point the risk of loss/damage transfers to the customer.
Shipping Addresses and Changes
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address and the ability to receive the parcel. The address can be modified before shipment only through our support team. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-receipt/refusal, the customer bears the cost of re-shipping or any return-to-sender fees, or the order will be handled per the applicable refund policy.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
We will assist in tracking any delayed shipment as much as possible; however, pursuing the claim with the carrier remains the customer’s responsibility. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of a “Delivered” status if the parcel was not actually received so we can file a carrier report. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Returns
Any return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued in advance by our team; parcels without an RMA may be refused or returned to sender at their expense. Returns must be shipped with tracking and within the time limits specified in the Refund/Warranty policies.
Force Majeure
Events beyond our control (customs actions, governmental regulations, logistics disruptions, natural disasters, etc.) may result in delays or temporary impossibility of delivery without liability to the Company.
