Policy Scope

This policy applies to purchases of the GLISEY SilkSense+ device from our official website only (glisey.com). Additional rights granted by the customer’s local law may apply and will prevail in case of conflict.

90-Day Results Guarantee (Conditional)

We commit to refunding the device price if no noticeable results are observed after full adherence to the usage protocol within 60–90 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility Conditions

Purchase: Must be from our official website glisey.com with a valid order number.

Duration & use: Perform at least 16 sessions within the 60–90 day window according to the official user guide.

Mandatory Documentation

16 “before-session” photos of the same area, one photo per session (total 16), with the same lighting, distance, and angles, and without filters.

One final “after” photo on day 60–90 with the same settings.

Proof of contact with technical support during the usage period to address any routine issues.

Obligations During the Period

Adhere to the warnings and contraindications per the guide.

Claim limit: One claim only per customer/household/address/device.

Exclusions

Non-compatible skin tones/hair colors, misuse, physical damage, modification or opening the device for maintenance purposes, or using the device contrary to the company guide.

Purchase from a third party, or orders without proper documentation, or photos that are non-matching/edited/unreadable.

Continuity notice after 12 weeks: To maintain long-term hair reduction, we recommend touch-up/maintenance sessions at a rate of one session every 4–8 weeks (one to two months) depending on individual need and the hair growth cycle. Some hairs may return to appear to varying degrees if maintenance sessions are not followed or with hormonal/physiological changes (such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medications). Therefore, we do not promise complete removal or permanent prevention of hair growth for everyone; results vary from person to person.

Definition of “Noticeable Results”

It means a clear decrease in hair density or growth rate by direct visual comparison between the series of “before” photos and the final “after” result under the same framing and lighting. GLISEY reserves the right to request additional photos/video (10–15 seconds showing hair length before/after) or supporting information where needed.

How to Submit a Claim

Attach:

Order number and contact details.

16 “before” photos (one per session) + one final “after” photo as per the standards above.

Proof of prior correspondence with support during the period.

GLISEY will respond within 7–10 business days with the review result. We may request clarifications or additional photos.

After Approval

The device must be returned with all accessories (heads/cable/manual/box if any) and in good condition. Any shortage/damage may be subject to a partial deduction.

Shipping is at the customer’s expense with mandatory tracking. We do not cover shipping/customs/taxes.

Upon receipt and inspection, we refund the device price only to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Fees and shipping are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects (Product Warranty)

For manufacturing defects, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge during the warranty period. If repair/replacement is not possible within a reasonable period, or where required by law, the device price will be refunded to the original payment method. (Mandatory consumer rights apply locally, including the right to choose between repair, replacement, and refund in certain countries/regions.)

Change of Mind (Opening the Package Voids It)

We accept a change-of-mind return—i.e., the customer decided they do not want the device before starting first use—within 14 days of receipt if the package is unopened and sealed.

Any opened/used package is not returnable for change of mind for health and hygiene reasons.

A USD 50 restocking fee applies only to change-of-mind returns for unopened and sealed packages, with the customer bearing all shipping (both ways), insurance, customs clearance, government taxes/fees, and any payment gateway charges or currency conversion differences. These fees do not apply to manufacturing defects or a results guarantee claim that meets the conditions.

Anti-Fraud and Warranty Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any requests suspected of policy abuse, photo manipulation, or multiple claims for the same household/address.

Any fraudulent claim may be referred to the competent authorities, with a future ban of the account/address.

Priority of Local Laws

This policy applies to the extent it does not conflict with mandatory laws in the customer’s country. In case of conflict, the consumer rights granted by law will apply.
