Shipping and Local Destination Tax & Duties

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Please note, Glisey Limited has no control over customs or import duties that may be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays, and the customer is responsible for paying them. Glisey Limited advises checking with the local customs agency before placing an order.

Handling

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days, which can extend to 4 business days during peak periods. Glisey does not refund shipping costs for delays due to product availability. Shipping to P.O. BOX addresses may take up to 15 days.

Glisey is not responsible for untracked parcels, delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. While Glisey will assist in tracing a missing parcel, the customer is responsible for following up with the carrier if untracked shipping is selected. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of delays due to product availability.
